Brain and Spine Problems

Hi there, I am facing continuous headache from last 2 days. I took pain killers but nothing seems to be working. I just moved to new job which is near to my home. I take metro and reach by 40 mins. I thought this might be a problem. Today I am on rest but still no improvement. I am not sure if it is brain problem or something. I do face headache before but never last so long even after taking medicines.

I have had a constant headache since about 5 days now, my neck is sore and have fever that goes between 99 - 101 F. My face feels tense and I have body aches. It temporary subsides with Paracetamol and Flexon MR that I was prescribed on Monday, but comes back a few hours after taking the medicine.
