Brain and Spine Problems

Hello!!!I am a 21 year old boy and for the past 2-3 years i have been experiencing some problems while writing.Whenever i write it takes a lot of effort from me to write any word.I cannot write fast now.When i write it feels like something is stopping my hand from writing,i feel a jamming like situation in my hand.Situation has aggravated recently

From my childhood i suffered from headache but when i was twelve the doctor told my that it is because of the nasal pockets but now there is no problem in my nasal pockets but the headache become continuous and painful i started to think that i had a brain tumor i noticed that i had it's behavior changes . what i have to do ??
