Brain and Spine Problems

Have to take clexane injection twice a day. Now looking for a person who is well trained to give this injection for 1 week regularly.

10 years before one accident happened with my brain and i was senseless for 2 hours but I did not do any medical check up that time. I want to check whether my brain nerve are ok or not is their any stone in my brain what test should i do and if you suggest for MRI then normal MRI brain or MRI brain with contrast should do ?

I am suffering from seizure problem from the last two months. i have till now three big seizures but i feel small jerks or sometimes i feel small seizures approximately daily while my early sleep.I am taking levipill morning and evening but these are not so controlled.

I hv been suffering from slipped disc and I also consulted with the doctors at Nimhans hospital, Bangalore, India and the doctor examined that the L4-5 disc gas displaced and give pressure to the spinal cord making it thinner at the affected area. The doctor had prescribed me medicines -Maxgalip AT and Pantop 40 and advised me to take the medicines fir 2 months,.. I have been regularly taking the medicines but i hv not seen any sign of progress, rather my condition is worsening day by day... I feel shock like sensation  in my right leg, less strenght, can't walk properly, can't sit, stand, sleep for much time continuously... So, I would like to hv the best solutiin of my problem and i would also like to ask whether surgery is reqd or not....
