Sudden fall age 60 got cut in occipital region after falling was unconscious for 10 mins later went to first aid doctor pain in head behind left ear

My mother 58 has been diagnosed with tb meningitis, she was given rifampicin,isonizid,pyrazinamide. However after 15 days she devoloped tb drugs induced hepatitis, now she been given streptomycin injection, ethambutol instead, my question how can we prevent such drug induced hepatitis again and whether her first line of treatment should be altered
