Brain and Spine Problems

My wife becomes faint one or two times in a month . reports in EEG, MRI is normal. she feels pressure in her chest and feel breathing problem sometimes. she is 33 yrs old. she takes one tablet of Nexito 10 in every night last 8 months.

My all reports related to body n muscle pain are normal . Headaches also. ...physically so week ...energy also down.. Tension are there

Sir i got headache when I do fasting and when I travel anywhere my whole brain becomes so painful that time and that time i used to take saredon is it is good for my health ? .so pls suggest me some ways to get rid of it in correct ways
