Sir,my hand continuously shakes meanwhile in a situation of excitement the whole body.i can't do push-ups without shaking infact on strecthing to a limit the whole body appears to trembles

Hi, I have had a mild headache on the front of my head (forehead) which feels like a tightness or pressure. It has lasted for about 4-5 days... I have been able to carry out my day and do things, and I can sleep though it takes slightly longer to fall asleep. Mostly it's just annoying and I worry a lot so I really want it to go away.

For 3 years i have been suffering a nerve pain from my upper portion of nose.in the front of my head i feel heart beat like rithm and my shoulder is move rapidly with breathing.

Heterogeneously enhancing hypotenuse lesion in both frontal regions with perilesional edema and mass effect.

I am 31 years, who enjoys a few drinks now and then, have a problem if I drink then hang over lasts for 4 to 5 days, I feel run down, more like my brain is giving pressure to head, can't concetrate I sometimes feel dizzy, or throwing up even though my last drink was maybe 5 days ago, I feel like wanting to sleep more, I just feel tired all the time

First, I've a problem with my eyelid, it seems to close or flutter occasionally and involuntarily. Then, when i press on my eyelid it seems that the nerve behind is causing a pain pulse. After that, i noticed that when i move my head rapidly the same pain is back.

My sister blacked out while sitting down in a rocking chair outside while our grandma was cleaning and she fell out of the rocking chair and she had loss of color and her sight was getting darker as she felt week before sitting and blacking out and my grandma went inside to get me so I could help and she says its happened before just not as serious

For last few months my right hand's thumb sometimes shaking automatically & also my right ear's leaf automatically shaking in many times. Among them thumb shaking is serious and also many times than the other.

I've been having headache for 7 years and a heaviness at forehead. I am also suffering from too sleeping. Due to this My education and competition preparation has been more affected. Please Sir, Give me appropriate advice
