Brain and Spine Problems

I am mother of toddler and feeding her. Past 3-4 days I am having severe headache near eyebrows and yesterday evening had vomiting multiple times...Today it's better but still I have mild headache so wanted to be sure that it should not increase further lile yeaterday.

My hands shake when they are joined.I experience certain numbness in hands and they start shaking.They shake even more if I become anxious due to some reason.What could be reasons and suggest remedy.
