I have been having a headache in the middle of the head, I feel more in morning time while in teaching

Dizziness, headache most of the time , chakkar, heavyness in head , unable to remember, loss focus and concentration, in anxiety my voice cracks and I feel sensation in my hands and legs

Hi, I am diabetic & had a bypass surgery replacing 3 veins in the year 2010. Few days back I fell down & do not remember anything what happened. When i regained conscious I did not remember anything. I was then taken to the hospital & they conducted a CT scan which says I have 2 hemorrhages size 8 mm & 11*5 mm. What are the impacts of the same. ?

My father done ct scan. There shows ct brain plain study reveals acute nonhemorrhagic infarct in left basal ganglia and left corona radiata with periventricular deep white matter ischaemic changes and age related cortical atrophy. Suggest clinical correlation & further evaluation by MRI if indicated.

I have a constant headache in specifically the lower right back portion only. It's been a constant since lunch

Sometimes I don't remember what m I suppose to do in that particular day... Sometimes I also forget to name a thing...Though I know I use that particular thing for a purpose but I am nt able to ask the shopkeeper to give me that particular thing..Like a mortein fast card for mosquito's or sometimes a bill payment which I paid for the wrong number & later I regret that I paid for the wrong number.

I experience shaking of my hands if they are kept joined.I feel numbness and they start shaking.Whayvarecreasons for this and suggest remedies.
