Brain and Spine Problems

I went on a really long and tiring trek, at night while using the washroom, experienced strong dizziness attack and fell down on head and was knocked out. I dont remember the part from falling down to being in bed (next half an hour). Feeling constant dizziness (Vertigo feeling) while turning my head suddenly. Tried Epley method at home, no results

I have been having migrain problem for last 15 years. I have been taking Suminat 25 mg tab for last 10 years.Migrain results into vomitting, weekness etc.

I have migrane for past 15 years. I have consulted most of the doctors, got the MRI and CT Scan done few years ago, also taken homoeopathy and Ayurvedic treatment as well, wherein Ayurvedic helped a bit with reducing the frequency of attacks, but none of the treatment actually successfully helped and worked. Kindly suggest if is there any cure to it or a instant medicine to curb the acute pain of it.

After food I am experiencing some dizziness and headache. It continues for an hour. Sometime before food I am experiencing the same thing. Along with this I also feel anxiety stress that time. Recently I was diagnosed for liver enlargement and taking medicine for the past 10 days. But this condition of headache I am experiencing for the past 23days

Hi, My sister is suffering from a serious pain in right shoulder and neck, the pain is so intense that it spreads up leg and all over right part. I consulted a Neuro physician(DR A K singh) in patna & found in MRI report that mild disc desiccation at C2/c3 , c3/c4, c4/c5 and C5/C6 level with tiny posterior marginal osteophytes at c3c4c5 & C6.

This happened twice back to back from last two day at night around 12 my body collapsed i was under influence of alcohol both the time but such incident never happened to me my friends said they were pumping my chest after a few second iam back
