Brain and Spine Problems

Is any treatment for this surgery or only medicine what is the solution to solve my brain problem. i have too much headache every day

Sir My uncle is suffering from ALS desease for 4years. He had gone through stem cell therapy in 2015 in private hospital of Mumbai but there is no sign of improvement in his health and his body is getting damaged year by year. Now he is on wheelchair and couldn't pick or hold things .

Hi doctor, I've a bilateral disc bulge at l4-l5 and sacralizationof s1 along with the radicular pain in s1distribution and knee pain. I've done with the non surgical treatments like medication,esi injections. One of doctors told me to undergo microdiscectomy. I look too thin .so please let me know whether surgery is safe or not. I have been taking medicine from 15Yrs my treatment ws going with dr anil jain un jain hospital and now when i changed my doctr due to his careless ness in my treatment my new docter prescribed me encorate 300 and 500 mg due this my jaws are paining severly and teeth.also .. I want to ask the pain is due to the tablet r der is any another reason

I have headache since 6months at top of head and it feels pressure in ear, behind eyes and nose.It pain more while bending.dizziness,sleepiness,trouble breathing,weight loss,iam underweight,numbness,loss of balanced and control.I went to ent doctor no sinuses problem. No migraines.took medicine for migraine though.lymphocytes and ESR increase.

My baby he has atrophy of the brain .. he is 9 months now .. please reply if there is good hospital to help my baby walking , talking and every thing for his life please doctor .. thank you .. we are from kuwait

After brain surgery doctor prescrbe eptoin 100 mg 3 times a day, but medical store person gave phenytoin 100 mg . Should i take phenytoin or eptoin 100mg Plze suggest.
