Brain and Spine Problems

The patient had numbness in right portion of the body and he is not able to see or speech . Can you pls tell me what is the time to recover

I met a serious accident on 9 Nov 2014 and had severe brain injury. Operated through frontal bone after blood clot confirmation in brain on 14 Nov 2014 in Paras hospital Patna. Things were normal after that. But started getting headache after 6 months and in a week or so witnessed a severe seizure attack that remained for more than 10-15 hours ( unconscious). Then I remained on eptoin after that. Second seizure came after 1 and half year. And then levipill started. Doctors have said something like some operations scars are the reason. Couldn't clearly understand all these. Please suggest something and also throw some light on drugs and it's doses. And for how much time I have to keep taking drugs.

I am suffering from Burning under sole and sole pain with calf pain as well since 3 months. I have done my diabetes and urine test which is normal and also taken some medicine like neurobion plus tab and along with deitry supplement like magnet 369 for 1 month but no relief at all.Now what shall I do to get relief from my burning sole under feets
