Cervical pain severe
I have been cervical pain fron 4 months with severe headache at left side as i had met with an accident I had taken 1 month physiotherapy sessions and no improvement at all I had taken pregalin XR tablets two months regularly fr cervical pain with a neck hard collar weared

Usual cervical pain due to muscle sprain or spasm and bad posture, settles with medications and rest and physiotherapy. Your pain is not. You need to consult a Neurospine specialist to evaluate the cause and treat accordingly.
