Ive got head pain all the left hand side of my head . It is not a headache what cud it be. It feels as thogh theres something inside . It hurts when i touch it

Hi Doctor, I was diagnosed with Bell's palsy (right side face ) 4 weeks ago. I had no improvement till 3 weeks. I was prescribed steroid tablets. I started to undergo Ayurvedic physiotherapy from my 3rd week, now I'm 95% okay with the facial movement. The problem is that I had this headache and neck pain when I developed this condition. Even after 4 weeks I still have the headache and neck pain. The pain is severe when I lie down for sleep and when I wake up after a sleep or a nap. I also find difficulty in breathing when I have this pain. Also this headache stops me from doing my daily works. Doctor I wanted to know what's happening and how should I take care of this. No MRI or CT scans where taken till now.

My son 14 years and get a attack it seems epilepsy attack first time. Got tested EEG test which is normal. My general physician told me not to worry and wait and watch for second one. Should I go for MRI test for my satisfaction and get second opinion. Please suggest.

My father has one aneuserum in the main artery as told by neuro surgeon of Apollo Hospital in Kolkata but according to him clipping surgery cannot be performed as there is a chance of brain stroke so now what can be done plz help
