Brain and Spine Problems

Sir, I can't understand how to relax our mind. In home, i live very difficult time. A lots of burden of work, i can't handle. So, tell me how to relax our mind. I will wait for your advice.

Frequent headaches for last five years,,strain in forehead, pressure point feel in the head continuously,low sleeping time,pain in the joint head and spine

My father had a brain stroke about 4 and a half years back and he got well from the treatment. For past 1 month his body movement has stopped and was admitted to the hospital. All the basic reports aṛe normal but CT Scan shows very small blood spots. Physiotherpy is going on which shows little improvement. Should we go for Neuro therapy or not?

My father has constant dizziness feeling since last one month he also has sugar problem but that is not sever it is just border line but since one month he is complaining about dizziness so i took him to ent he removed lot o wax from his ear and gave vertigo tablets after that he is feeling better but suddenly again it starts and feels weakness too

My paa, have this problem from four months the nerves of his shoulder and thigh joints ached alot whenever given force to them.. as doing aerobics became one of his habit..now he's unable to sit in the sukhashna even.. is it an alarming threat to a bigger health issue or not...What should be done to get rid of it..please suggest

My sister get operated from GBP Hospital, Dr Daljeet Singh in February17 for left eye for Supraceller and get removed upto 95% and refer for radiotherapy, but not done , in recent MRI cyst has been redeveloped and getting pressure on eyes and vision loss in right developed, whether it cure from medicine, or she has to operated again as doctor say

Feels trumors /electric shock while sleeping .i dont have any family history of this problem. Afyernoon if i try to take a nap then as soon as i close my eyes in span of 2 3mins i wake up like some1 given electric shock. From past 3 4months or maximum 6mnths m hvin trouble .i was unaware of this problem ,as my wife told me that u keep on moving,or shaking in sleep. Also coz of this i feel restless in day .feels lazy . M goin gym from past 10-12 ,years and still without fail i workout 6days a week. M unable to understand d cause of this problem but i think its increasing day by day. Kindly help or suggest something so dat i can get bk to my ofc working life properly wtot d scare of electric shock or tromour.

Hi, my sister was attacked by Dengue last month, though her platelets did not went down much, she wasn't hospitalized. She recovered in a weeks time, however later after few days she started getting Numbness in her left forehead, most of the times she gets headache, she says she could feel the pain inside the skull. 3 doctors has advised as this would have come due to stress in studies or due to any other stress by thinking something and have prescribed migraine tablets, but we are not satisfied with the solution., so looking out for the best neuro specialist like Dr.Pranesh who used to practice in Coimbatore., could someone help me in getting his contact details. He is little aged and have won more awards for his achievements for his services in neurology.

What will happen if we take 10pills of 2mg xanax and one cup of beer (40% alcohol) at once? And is it painful(something like headache or stomachache)?
