Continuos Head ache for 2-3 days
I am having head ache last 2-3 days.. mostly in the left side. 2 days before when i got up from bed i felt a neck pain for a shortwhile since my sleep position was not proper. I never get this type continuos head ache before.. when ever i am getting headche, with a long sleep or a single tablet it used to cure.

Having migrane for 2 weeks,1-2 times felt nauseous and not able to watch computer screen due to migrane start. Urination flow is slow
Prostrate gland enlarged 5×5 .5.wt 69 gms .residual urine 55 ml. Micturition is bit slow and dropping at the end and taking time for urination. Dr prescribed silofast d8 for 1 month. I'm fairly good at math as I've only gotten A's throughout high school and completed calculus 3 my first semester of college, but I struggle to properly read numbers. I find myself reading them wrong unless I really take my time and read them. Is this possibly some type of dyslexia?
