Brain and Spine Problems

I am having severe headache since two weeks. I think its a migraine headache. The pain is travelling from right side of the brain to the left side. It will first start from right side forehead then goes behind the ear and then left eye. Please suggest

I have been taking fluoxetine 10mg since 5 days which was prescribed by a doctor for 30days . I was given this medicine for depression . I feel uncomfortable after taking the medicine and want to stop it . Is that ok ? I dont feel depressed anymore .

I have a mild headache, worsens when I wear glasses or when I stare at a screen. Sometimes I feel it on left side of the head and sometimes the other side of the head. Please help me. Can this be a tumor or something because am worried for sure. Am just 26 yrs old

My age is 27Year(Male),Last few months i am facing issue regarding dizziness and vomit,On starting i take it normal,But every 10,15 days suddenly start Sweating,dizzying and after that vomit and condition get worse,Its start suddenly any time mostly in night or early morning.Please suggest me,Now i m serious about this is that anything serious.

I have facing headache since 2 days. I took combiflame tablet. Due to which got relief for 4 hours only. and again it starts paining.

The headaches keep occuring in regular intervals. The pain is not acute but it is irritating and I cannot focus on anything.

My back constantly aches and I have sporadic muscle spasms accompanied by heat ( it's not limited to my back). When i walk my right leg goes numb like it's asleep but it's painful. I also have intense fatigue and dizziness that seems random. I also get migraines. What could be the cause?
