Too much neck ache causes severe headach
I have a constant strain in my neck and that gets more causing headache of severe intensity. It is so much that I have to take headache tablet. The whole neck area is strained and if I push my head in front using my hand, i can feel the pain till my waist starting point.

Uhm i feel dizzy when i'm going to lay in my bed and there is a sensation of something when i turning my head left and right. Do i need to go to doctor? Is it a serious case of head injury? i dont feel vomiting my sense of balance are okay when im walking, dont have headaches.

Hi , My wife got cesarian for delivery on 20 June 2017. After 10 - 15 days she complaints for severe back pain and then head swinging with continuous vomitting.
