Brain and Spine Problems

My fiance just recently passed away. Here lately my sleeping habits have been turning more into nightmares. I've been trying to wake myself up from sleeping and can't seem too nor open my eyes. I am tachycardic anyways but, I can feel my hearts beating in my chest and I also wake up gasping for air.

Hey Dr. I'm 23 years old and I've been having worst headache from long time with stiff neck.. I have taken a lot medication from many doctors but there is no improvement in my headaches.. I also have been facing ringing in my ears and sometimes it's so noisy and I also sleep a lot.. I try to wake up with my alarm but I always miss it and nowadays I'm facing forgetfulness.. I forget small things in my daily routine please help me in this

I have headache and whenever i had some fodd, i feel like vomating. This is a problem from last 2 days.

I was it in the back of the head with a ladder and now my jaw really hurts up to the side of my face

In sept 2014 i got seizere for two or three times in night and after that i went to CMRI kolkata and consulted dr kallol k dey and he prescribed me medicine keppra 500, valparin chrono 300 etc. nowadays i am feeling some issue of seizure and i consulted dr prasen ranjan, MD in ranchi and he adviced me to get the MRI & EEG report. after showing the report of MRI he adviced me to get the result of biopsy report from NIMHANS banglore. One another doctor adviced me to get tb gold test and the test is positive. What should i do??

I have been vein twiching in my head from last one month.due to this vein twiching of head my heart beat get high and heart pain get start little bid.some time I will very discomfort in my whole body.is there any connection between head vein twiching to heart attack. Please doctor suggest me I had a head ct scan also all was perfect but why this problem is irritating me there are few unexplained symptoms like I feel everything is running in my head feel dizziness in my head only.

Trigeminal Neuralgia... As one doctor told me so I want to know what is the treatment I can take for this

I am suffering from a neck pain and headache specially on the left side of my head. I am also suffering from a bad stomach which I suspect is from having pickles that don't agree with my stomach, are these two inter related? Which doctor should I visit?

I checked with eye specialist she said it is bleeding but no medicine needed. it also got cured on its own. now no issue but once or twice a week mild head ache is there. do not want to go for scan or mri . just want general suggestions to prevent brain hemmorrhage or cure mild bleeding issue if any

I am suffering from severe neck pain from 3 months onwards. From neck the pain is coming to head and then hand. Today I went to hospital. Doctor suggested Naxdom 500. Can I use this for neck pain and head ache?
