Brain and Spine Problems

33 yrs,M,S/W Engineer. I get severe headache often after a long day at work/if i'm out on a sunny day , it could last for days and i take NISE tablet for it. Next is feeling heaviness in head every time i use laptop and I get eye twitching also. I am not able to concentrate on my work because of this. Should I consult a neurologist ?

I feel tigling on my left checks since last few months if i drink water or brush my teeth i dont able to control tooth paste foam on left side also i strongly feel my left leg lenght is increased and i am suffering from pain on entire left body im confused whether to consult neurologist or orthopedic plz help

I experience sleep paralysis everynow and then in the mid night. I have it is because of sleeping disorder. Need to know the cure to this disorder.

Severe headache since last night on left side. Could not sleep properly. Had a dose of migracil EC this morning and headache is much better but feels heavy and dizzy.

Severe headache issue, sometimes pain in half head only, vertigo occasionally, sometimes pain in eye too with headache.
