Brain and Spine Problems

Tongue is not moving well ,leg and hand is not strong ,I feel weakness,my balance is not well , MRI and CT and endoscopy is normal.what is the reason?

I am having continuous headache it goes on increasing as the day starts in office till night. But when I rest it is fine like I feel good in the morning when I wake up,when I rest for the whole day, It does become severe as I sit continuously in office I also having had vomiting in initial days and was unable to digest food but after medication it is fine but headache is still there. It's been 15-20 days that I am having continuous headache.

My mom has a small SOL in left temporal lobe...(seem like meningioma) She don't want to get opreation.. Is there any medicine for cure..? What should i do ...?

My wife aged 28 has been facing headache which lasts for hours since months every week. But now every alternate days. Also she feels swelling on head under scalp in a linear pattern like finger size area. Earlier she used to take 2-3 disprin but now its not working.

.my dad's recent MRI report says: SCAN PROTOCOL: T1 and T2 weighted spin echo images taken in different planes including T2 FLAIR, GRE & diffusion weighted sequences. FINDINGS: Diffusion weighted images are showing no focal parenchymal area of restricted diffusion to suggest any acute lesion. Cerebral hemispheres are showing normal pattern of signal intensity; No focal abnormality noted. Ventricular system and subarachonoid spaces are prominent. No shift of midline structure noted. Pituitary gland,  infundibulum and optic chiasma appear normal. Posterior fossa shows normal signal intensity of the brainstem and cerebellar hemispheres with the fourth ventricle of normal size and in midline. Cerebellar folias are prominent. Cerebello-pontine angle and internal auditory canal including its contents appear normal on both side. IMPRESSION : MRI of brain shows : Diffused Cerebral and Cerebellar Atrophy. Can u plz tell me in what condition he is and what should be the next step. .

I had continuous headaches and blurry vision since one year. Pains comes from ear and jaw bones, so doctor told me to scan TMJ joint. The reports shows nill, so I took physiotherapy for this. But not show any results. I had done all my tests . Can I go for MRI scanning? because the paining is non bearable. I also had low blood pressure problem. My tongue is also continuously had mouth ulcers and burning sensation.

I have a headache on the left side of my head and the upper neck for almost a year now. the pain starts from my forehead and behind the eyes to the upper neck. sometimes i can't move my neck.

The patient suffers from chronic headache which starts at a point in the right side of the head. She was also diagnosed with the problem of brain shrinkage 2 years ago. The headache occurs very frequently followed by dizziness and sometimes vomiting. It becomes unbearable sometimes. Please suggest what should be done. Thank you!
