Brain and Spine Problems

I noticed that my hands are quite shaky and can easily tremble when I got nervous . Actually I wanted to be a surgeon but now I'm scared if I have a shaky hands. Do you know how to treat this whether through exercise or something without going for surgery? I really need your help . Thanks a lot!

Hello, just as i pointed out i have constant left temple pressure, its really impulsive, it just comes out of nowhere and stays there for atleast a few hours. It also affects my left ear and eye. Sometimes i have some problems with my vision, feels like everything is not real and my body is just doing what it got used to doing over the years while my mind is just powerfantasizing. I have been facing this headache problem since a very young age i used to eat saridon wenever it was unbearable. i consulted a doctor he checked my eye powe and advised me to wear glases. but i didnt wore glasses regularly. but now i wear my glasses wenever i work on laptops and its not that i m agoing through any kind of stress or depression still every week there is 2-3 days were i get headache
