Brain and Spine Problems

I dislocated my kneecap about 2 weeks ago. Ever since, i've had persistant vertigo. My blood pressure seems normal (119 systolic, 82 diastolic), but I feel like i am lacking blood in my brain.

Ive been having a headache since last 2 months which is not continuous. It starts paining anytym and it only pains on the left hand side of my forehead and on the back side. In the next 10 mins my left eye and my cheek area is seen swollen. This does not happen regular but atleast twice a day

Hi, good evening, just want to know what’s going on to me because there were times where I zoned out and collapse, then there were times I get blurry and dual visions, I also experienced having extreme pain behind my right eye and I frequently experience headache. Another thing, I usually find it hard to speak and I tend to get confused lately about things I read and watch, I really don’t know what’s going on, I haven’t seen a doctor because I’m afraid of what would they say, can you help me?

Very painful headache...start from morning till afternoon...while headache feels like keep quiet and sit aside...
