Had an acute infarct one year back.
I was diagonised with an acute infarct one year back after having an episode for 30sec - 1min where my right limbs were numb and had trouble with speech. Frequent Tinnitus & Vertigo

Whooshing heartbeat in ear,
Whooshing heartbeat in ear for two months, since then I have a slow constant headache feels like it’s pushing down on my head. Eyes are sometimes blurry and have seen lightening bolts a few times.
