My hands and legs are not working proper

Hi sir My name is sivakumar Actually my hands and my legs are not working properly. I don't have any pain but in my body.but its not having sufficient energy in my hands .. I can't hold anything with my hands. I lift only small small thing . Please check my reports and tell me the solution
