Brain and Spine Problems

I have weakness in one hand and leg tingling sensation (pins and needle)in hand and legs whenever I fold my hand and legs .Dizziness in head very very weak concentration and weak short term memory some time I have tight muscles. And slightly blurred vision in right I sleep for 6-7 hour then also fell tired in morning and not fully fresh( like feeling sleepy all the time I am also constipated amd also twitching in nerves or fasculation plz help

My father just told me that his observing heavy tongue and change in taste and also there is slight change in his lips. As observed facial palsy. How much time it will take to cure completely. And is it something to worry about. ?

Have severe headache in ct scan there is calcified granuloma 5 mm in right frontier. Is it seriousany surgery is needed

Im having constant mild heacdache and eye pain for 2 weeks now. i went to eye doctor and my eyes are fine. my eys feels heavy for the whole day. i have little neck pain but mild. doc can you help me what is this,. its very annoying. ty and godbless

Dear sir/ Madam, My mother was diagnosed with tbm. She had been taking medicines for 7 months..but now doctor have asked her to stop medicines. However she is still experiencing symptoms like headache at top-mid portion..and also vomiting sensations..Really confused about why these symptoms persists...pl help me in this regard...thank you
