Brain and Spine Problems

Sir I have been diagnosed with MRI. And found bulge in L5-S1. I have consult a neuro surgeon, he said surgery required. This is first time pain so I am confused about that should I go for surgery or should I try medicine or another.

Am getting more sleep during day and night. especially when am reading new things and watching laptop in my office.

I have ha problem Of tremors Of hand and fingures Since 4 year back It progressive When i do exercise

In General because of driving my muscles or veins are getting strained and for few days it gets difficult to get settled. which doctor i should consult.

I have constant headache only on right side from 10 days Unable to sleep during nights and suffering from constant depression and mental tension

Impression: NCCT Scan of brain reveals acute hemorrhagic contusion in right fronto-temporal region with right tentorial hemorrhage.

I have been having migraines everyday they continually get worse if I don't take migraines specific pain medicine first thing in the morning I'm done but now the medicine isn't working anymore

My mom has been diagnosed with Sciatica a two weeks ago. The problem is that she has sever pain in her lower back and her right leg from the very beginning of her leg till down to her foot. Her leg feels antsy and in a constant cramp. She can barely walk or sleep and the pain never goes away. When we called in a dr for her, the dr said to give her 1 ampule of dubrofos or betaphose. But we couldn't find either so the dr told us to give her epidron instead. 2 ampules the first time and then 1 amp

My mom had a brain stroke since 4 years .. she can't talk well . She can't use her right hand

I have pain in head last 4 mnths.l do ct scan of head,xray of neck n also do it blood test every report is normal so I can't understand.pls tell me wht should I do.
