Post herpetic neuralgia
Hello Dr. I’m affected with shingles a month ago. The blisters and skin rashes got reduced but suffering with terrible nerve pain in my hand. Recently, I have numbness on left half of the body. Pain is very sensitive to temperatures. I’m worried Dr. Kindly help. when can I get rid of this pain. due to this pain my shouldermuscles atrophied.

Post herpetic neuralgia is very difficult to go. It will reduce with time . the best medicine is tab carbamazepine. You can start this medicine.
