Brain and Spine Problems

I can freely speak any language inside my head but can't with my mouth.... Like voice turns on the whole matter in brain gets deleted. Moreover i can't memorize anything study or whatever, The only thing i can do is analysis the situation and Get my memories update via existing i remember. 6 yrs ago i proposed a girl and she rejected me, till last year every minute of my life i remember her, anything about her, This thing cost-ed it as in my opinion What happens now? Do i have to suffer?

I am having a headache everyday on right side of my forehead. Somewhere above the eye. Cannot really tell the location precisely. I cannot explain you the headache. It starts and and takes 15-30mins to go away. What can be solution to this?

MRI DORSO-LUMBER SPINE WITH SCREENING OF WHOLE SPINE conus is low lying and seenL3-4 vertebral level with diastematomyelia is seen at d12 to L3 vertebral level.no obvious tethering of the nerve root seen . posterior element of the L2 to 5 vertebrae are not fused.No herniation of the meninges is seen .please consult.

Hi, My Mom has soft head and its increasing day by day.. Ealier it was not paining. But now its hurts her.. And she feels heavy head all the time and vertigo too. Its been a year she was on medication from Max hospital. Shalimar bagh.. But its not benefitting her. Please suggest.
