Brain and Spine Problems

Over the past few years, it seems like I am responding less and less to pain. As a kid, I felt everything pretty normally. Some injuries in high school resulted in constant pain that faded. Lately though, I only feel the initial injury or nothing at all. I learned yesterday that my arm is broken, even though it feels totally normal. I felt the initial injury, but within a day it felt normal again. Some other injuries I never even feel. What could be causing this? Should I be concerned?

My father has severe pain in right side near temple area..this pain is very severe and causing him big time trouble..we have consulted many doctors and few are of the opinion that it is migrane while few suggested it is trigemial neuralgia..we even did mri and everything is normal..as long as he takes medicines which induce him to sleep he is fine otherwise moment he gets up he is again troubled by tha pain!!!

I have a pituitary cyst the size of 8x7 mm. I do not have an appointment to see my doctor until May 3, 2018. I have been having a headache/migraine consistently for a month. I've also been experiencing some mood changes and personality changes. Not sure if the cyst is causing that, but it has been affecting my day to day life.

I've been having extreme headache since past 5-6 days and the areas affected by pain are the whole front head or forehead and both the eyes. Sometimes eyes get wet too. Though I don't have any decrement in my vision. Just eyes got pain while seeing during extreme headache times. What should I do?

I feel numb or pinch in my right hand when I wake up or even when I ride my bike. I also feel pain in my palm specially in Thumb and Point finger.
