Brain and Spine Problems

The patient has left leg amputated above knee in 1995. Since last 4/5 years, the nerves within amputated leg contract, causing sever pain which lasts several hours. Also, she now has gastric issues intermittently. Can you suggest if we need to consult a neurologist or gastroenterologist.

I’ve been experiencing some kind of headache at the top of my head or sometimes at the back and most of the time its not a headache its more like of just a feeling that is just there but during like lunch time about 12nn-4pm it tends to like disrupt my focus. It has been going on for more or less a year now. And sometimes I feel a pulse like feeling inside my head. This is occuring everyday. I checked with my local GP and was suggested a BP medicine but it didn't help. he also prescribed Domcet for headache but it doesn't help at all. I have tried Combiflame as well and no help there as well. This headache is now effecting my daily routine and I am not able to deal with it anymore. The headache usually starts from the back.
