As she is suffering from migrane pain from last 30 years. Earlier it appears in 2 to 3 months. But now she is getting in every week

Sir first my face started twitching sunddenly and there after my one hand also after some days( i had taken a bath at that eveng and went outusde with my baby and the weather is very cold outside on that day)..i have examine mri and all blood reports which all are normal except vitamin d defeciceny and excees of vitamin b12..i consulted one neurologist who says it is due to stress and he prescribe me esegress 5mg but still there is no recovery..

My father had viral a yr back and since then his legs are so week that he is not able to walk without support. Its getting tougher to stand nowadays. Docs said that a vein in his neck is pressed and need operation. Pls suggest as in his age of 75yrs it could be risky.
