Brain and Spine Problems

I am experiencing sort of vibrations in various body parts. It occurs randomly and throughout the day, sometimes inside my head(back side near the ear), legs, arms. I have had anxiety attacks in the past.Please help.

Heavyness in head there is no free ness in head feel dizzy for example when I am sitting I feel dizzy for some seconds when I get up

Pain in nerves shivering of nerves, sometimes feeling less sensation in nerves when holding anything for longer time, specially in winter season.

I am having visual disturbances in both eyes.i am seeing millions of tiny black dots in my vision in both eyes they are like tiny cells moving under a microscope (not floaters) vision is also getting fuzzier and theres like a flickering light in my vision in both eyes.i also having occasional nausea and a tremor.also dizziness when walking and pressure in both ears.i have seen 3 opthamologists who cant see anything wrong and doctors just keep saying stress.i am convinced i have a brain tumour

I am having lightheadedness in past 3-4 days and it keeps on changing. Earlier it was on the above of left eyebrow and i was pressing there, it was hurting, then right temple, then on the center of the head and now at the back of the head. When i massage i feel good. It is not a throbbing pain but pain is there. Sometimes is feel that my vision is not very clear kind of hazi for a fraction of sec. i take lot of stress and hate being alone. Please help. I gone to two three docs and some tells me because of my stress, one asked me to get brain ct scan, etc.

I have been having a constant headache with a slight fever and stiff neck for the past 5 days its i went to the hospital 4 days ago because my doctor thought it was meningitis they when i was in the hospital they did a ct scan and a lumbar puncture the lumbar puncture showed i had 5 RBC in my cerebral fluid the hospital didnt mention this but i saw it on the paper with the results they gave me and let me go home now for the past 3 days my headache has become worse and worse what could this mean?

Pain in both the hands with frequent numbness. Left one is more prone to pain and discomfort as compared to the right hand

My mother is 70 she is very smart and acctive she s a gynac she was active and doing everything till last night but round about 3 am she was just unable to move her leftbody and she is not able to speak .the doctor said its a paralysis atyack what food or medicines should b given and how much time will it take to b cured
