Brain and Spine Problems

I’ve had a headache or discomfort for about a week now. It starts at the base of my skull then moves to the top of my head then my temples . I’ve taken Tylenol and excedrine migraine. I became really nervous after finding out that many people in my area were getting brain tumors since then my head has been hurting

I m facing a problem of light dizziness in my head with light headche ... Whenever i m standing anywhere or i m in some close premises or in wash room i felt light dizziness(chakkar aana) in my head Also facing a problem of light headche Have consulted the general physician and ENT and eye specialist and no major problem found Around one month back my BP was and cholestrol and uric acid was on border line for which i m taking medicine tetan ct 12.5, rosufit 10/160, febumac 40and also taking less sugar in my daily diet also taking vertin 16 mg since last one month but no benefit as of now Now shud i check my hemoglobin or consult ant neuro doctor Please guide and suggest since every doctor is just experimenting by giving few new medicine

Cerebral hemispheres reveal no abnormal signal intencity pattern. Sylvian fissures,basal cisterns and cerebral sulci appear normal. No abnormal focal area of altered signal intensity seen within white matter region and corpus callosum.

I have migraine problem. I'm taking ayurvedic medicines. Now sometimes i feel as though i have memory loss or confusion while working

Head is greedy. It's somewhat in the alternate days. Yesterday it is ok. Today not well. In previous MRI Scans, there is no issue.

Ive been having severe neck and upper backpain , then came numbness in my arm when i woke up which wouldnt last qfter i did some stretches but now it wakes me up at night and in the morning my hands and arms are numb and it stays that was all day long .should i see my regular physician or a chiropractor? Sometimes the pain in my neck is so bad ill get headaches in the back of my head.

My wife often suffers with the severe  migraine pain . This happens half of side (always left). She feeds the baby too. Please suggest what should we do in this case. Can she take VASOGRAIN..
