I have migraine headache and eye pain so please suggest me a good doctor and Any suggestions for relief

Hi doctor, My son is 13yrs. Yesterday he was fallen on the washroom. He had fits plus the body was jerking with stiffness. We took him to the doc. He suggested us to take him to hospital for MRI and other important test. He notice " bells palsy" thru his face. EEG was ok. MRI report is attached. Pls explain in laymen language. His speech is slurry now. Pls help
