I am a 20 years old boy .from last 6 months I am suffering from physical symptoms like A tight band wrapped around my head Tight neck and tight muscles In January I have done MRI and report was normal Should I another do MRI

I am having a type of pain like the pain is there only for some seconds and then back after 2 mins again stays for 3 sec and then disappears sometimes there is overall headache mild pain in this top left region is more... i m having this type of problem past three years like 6 months once it comes it stays for 1 week to 3 days and goes or sometimes 1 day.. what cud be the reason for this type of pain ?

I am experiencing whole body twitching including face ,high heart and pulsating body from one month.I feel like snakes crawling inside my legs. What could be the problem?

Since last 4 months I have been suffering from dizziness..did all blood test ecg echo x-ray chest sonography..visited neurophysician also..one physician told me it's due neck muscle weakness as I use computer and phone for roughly 10 12 hours a day..please help..brain mri is left only

After my diagnosis of  Bipolar manic and have got OLANZAPINE 300 long acting injections ,my physical and mental condition is declining day by day. After few weeks , I developed bad memory ,I can't think ,my failing to express myself and had started to have difficulties in my study.      Soon I reduced in my consciousness, cognitive function is impared.Brain function is seriously affected as I can't carry on my studies or even failing to do my daily activities on my own. And physically I began having severe weakness,tremors, heart related problems like palpitations , throbbing heartbeats.More health issues like back pain , eyesight problem In 5 months span after injection, I am reduced from a cheerful BSC athletic built to an untidy stout guy with frequent memory loss, whose brain is fogged not even close to a schooling lad of standard vi. TBH,my academic career is in trouble. is there any possibility of my recovery physically and more necessarily mental recovery to as undergraduate ali

From last 20+ days I'm feeling cold, little shivering, fatigue , little pain behind / on eyes and headache and very little pain in my bones ( could be body ache). I have done CBC , marlaria, dengue , urine , thyroid test. Only thyroid result came out suspicious and I'm attaching it too ( just to confirm). Yes, I am a patient of stress/depression ( recurring thoughts ) but never took medicines for that. Today I met a Principal of Govt Medical college. And yes said everything is normal and asked me to take these medicines and do physical exercise and yoga. I'm just not sure , hence I am asking you. And please tell me how to take these medicines and what are the names of the medicines. Looking forward for needful help.

Sir, I am suffering of Styloid Process due to this I always feel stuck in throat, swelling and pain in back side in neck and also sometimes in left side jaw.  Recently I have done my CT scan. The length of Styloid Process is 40 mm in right side but straight and left side 41 mm and moving towards throat side. I have problem only left side.  My Doctor is suggest me to operation but on condition to reduce my fat because, my Height is 5/4inch (164cm) and my waight is 95kg. 

Dear Doctors, I am having severe headache with mild fever and sometimes vomiting tendency. It's running for last 5 days, blood pressure is low. In morning headache gets  increased and in evening it becomes a  bit low. What can be the cause? Age 29, weight 70, height 5.3 ft.

My hand muscles are reducing continuously. My hand grip is too weak. And fingers are not growing. That's all happened after broking my hand. This was hapened 7 years ago. Please help me.
