Brain and Spine Problems

I am not able to feel ok in morning..getting proper sleep but when wake not feels ok seems I was not sleep..some thoughts are rotated might be the reason..feeling dizziness whole day..not able to recall words while talking..any natural way to treat this..doing exercise of 15-20 mins everyday from next one week.

Some times one of my fingers shake on its own. Am I developing some thing serious? I am taking medicine for BP regularly.

My father's sister(aunt) is admitted in Bhopal ,she got hospitalised yesterday in ICU due to brain hammerage & is in critical situation.she is there since 12th November night but no improvement so far.can you please suggest what can I do.

I am a guy of 26 years and suffering from hypertension. During the day my bp averages 135/80 and during night it is around 145/80. i am on medication(zilarbi 40 mg). I do my exercise regularly. The problem happens after the sun is down. i feel what i would call a headache. not everyday, somedays i am fine and somedays i have it. mostly happens after a long day at work. i feel sick when this happens, and it goes away during daytime after rest. i have never felt it happen during the day. i am on medication now for a year. what is happening to me, could you let me know, if there's anything to worry. (my exercise routine: morning: yoga evening: running/hiit cardio) my medication started a year back when my bp spiked to 240/120.

I have been having a headache. My head got hit by a football today. I have also applied bam but no results found.

MRI reports says I have a arachnoid cyst do I need neurosurgery? I have headache on the top of my head.

Hi, I have burning and needle pinch type feeling in arms,legs and buttocks. My vitamin d level is 19 Vitamin b12 level is 810

On 13/11/2018 when I was getting up from sleep putting pressure on my stomach (also I was excited and I super from prehypertension) I experienced a sudden jolt in my neck and my head. For few moments there was a burning sensation with a lot of pain in my head and it gradually lowered. But I could feel that burning sensation for an hour or so and for the rest of the day I faced headache. Again when I was massaging my neck during the night the same day that pain in my neck revived.  since then I am facing headache and slight pain in my eyes and facial bones. I also feel that I am losing balance and stability. I fall short of breathe easily and also face pain in my chest. There has also been loss in my appetite. (to add I have preexisting gastric and digestive problems (before 13/11/18).)

I have severe neck and shoulder pain not able to move my neck and lift my hand, this happens on a regular base. Everyday applying spray or lotion doesn’t help. Due to this my neck portion looks swollen and fluffy. Please advise

How much time to need to grow a brain tumour. Minimum time .usually? And how much stages of it. I am 20 years old and I have anxiety about it .i am very scared about it .i have also done MRI.report was normal in January for my satisfaction. But after MRI I again stressed that I got a tumour after January. So please canvay and relax me
