Epilepsy having 10 years
Hi , I am posting one question related epilepsy , one disease only be treated based on episode and act on behaviour and even there are no symptoms in EEG , MRI everything is ok , is there no way to permanent cure one patient will live his or her whole life with medication no doctors have any straight answer , seriously as long as a man was about to live his life with this fear the age will be become half

unfortunately , the direct answer is , medicines will continue. I know its tough but we should be thankful there is treatment for this disorder. You shouldnt lose hope, as there are many diseases in which medicines have to be taken life long like Diabetes, Cholesterol, Thyroid, Asthma , COPD and so on. So please relax and take your medicines on time.
Next Steps
Sleep for 8 hours minimum.Walking or Running for 45 minutes daily.Eat diet rich in fruits and vegetables.Avoid Alcohol , Smoking . Meditation or Yoga for 30 minutes daily. Sun exposure for 30-40 minutes daily.
