I am feeling pain in my upper arm since 2 days. I do gym, yesterday i went after one week break, so the pain came while i wasn't exercising at all. Pain in thighs at night

I have sharp shooting pain in both thighs when I lie down at night to sleep.right thighs especially,also in the knees,reaching to the bones.this is also accompanied by burping constantly, its hard to sleep with this pain in the night,hence sleep is disturbed.I usually eat at 7:30 so its not like late dinner.please help

Calf muscles

I had an accident on 16 Oct 2015 and had a wrist fractured as well as Calf muscle rupture. Since then I am in pain in my left leg at Calf muscle and finding difficulty in walking.
