Bone & Muscle problems

Hi I am having pain in my lower back badly. I notice it after my delivery. As of now I am not able to bend down even for 5 minutes. Also I got my blood test done which provide me follwoing result: Uric Acid: 3.66 mg/dL Calcium Serum: 9.57 mg/dL Vitamin B12 Cyanocobalamin: 274 pg/mL Vitamin D 25, Hydroxy: 38.73 mnol/L Recently I have pain in my foot . When I got up in morning I have severe pain and after sometime when I walkfor few minutes it settle down to some extent. Can anybody advice me on above problem.

I am having uveitis. The eye doctor told me that it can be worse if I have spondylitis or joint pain and asked me to do HLA-B27 test. The test result came positive for exon 2 and exon 3. The sample contains at least one HLA-B27 allele. Seeing that the doctor asked me to take an X-Ray of my lumbosacral joint to rule out ankylosing spondylitis. So i have undergone the recovery stage for 4 months now i can go to the college by train and also to work so can i start my upper body workout gym with light weights ?
