Bone & Muscle problems

Hi all, I had a left wrist radial bone fracture which got operated approximately 2 months back and physiotherapy is going on. Its been 3 weeks and movement is not very great. Please advise how long will it take to get back the normal movement. Does it come or not? I do get some pain in night or early morning in wrist joint. Mine active movement upwards is around 40 percent and passive is more. It seems wrist joint has become stiff how much pressure can be applied manually to keep it moving. As per my physio my muscles have become weak. Once muscles become strong the joint will move. Is it true? Will stiff joint move with strength? Please advise in detail.

Pain in back and rear portion of left leg from the past 20 days ? I don't know whether it is sciatica or not?

Hey doc, I'm a Male of 20, I'm 5'1 & half. Weight 51 (more or less). I want to grow taller by 12 cms. My father was 5'7, mom is 5'4, both sides of family are relatively tall. I'm a vegetarian, non-smoker, non-alcoholic, non-drugs. I'm on whey protein since a year. I've been trying to get tall with all sorts of Process- which follows : Medicines supplements like- L-arginine, L-lysine, Melatonin, (as they increase GH) & Calcium & vitamin D for bones. : Workout includes : Swimming, Cycling, Sprinting, Stretching Spine & Legs, Jumps (to create micro fractures) , Kicks with ankle weights. Still not getting any results, been trying for a long time. What should i do? Should i get an IGF-1 steroid? Please help me out. I really need something, which can get me tall, its important. I am having a pain from spin till right foot down to back knee and the pain is only in right outside not inside but since past 2 days my full leg is painipaining and I am not able to walk at all as if I get up the pain starts paining painting and even if I sit also it does the same thing

My 4th metatarsal bone has been broken, and doctor advice was to keep this for 5 week ,but i want to remove my plaster one week before due to my examination. so i want to know that , is there any problem if i do so.

I have a ligament tear and require surgery for correcting this issue. MRI is complete and the doctor has recommended surgery.

Both the feet are very stiff with less sensitiveness. Lower legs below the knee remains stiff. Suffering from last 1 year.

My mother is having Severe knee problem and not able to walk. Could you suggest best medicine/treatment for quick relief
