Bone & Muscle problems

I was trying to type something on my phone when I realised my thumb is not going backwards. I have been trying to move it since then but I am not able to do thumps up. I am really worried.

I have sevior pain behind my knee and it is very painful to turn my legs.it is only in left leg, even I cannot bend it

Hi.i have pain in my heels I don't wear high heels but when I wake up from sleep or sit for sometime I feel very pain in my heels but after standing or walking a little a get relief plz help.

Arm and fingers pain in the mornings. This causes me unable to lift anything in the morning times. It takes few hours to get settled.

My Daughter is 8 Year old. she is suffering from Knee pain for last 8 months. Doctors recommend physiotherapy but it could not work. in X ray and other medical test they did not find any issue. I am having a ligment injury in my left leg 2 yrs ago. I have used a belt prescribed by doctor but it doesn't provided me relief. And now it is paining a lot. I am feeling continue pain in my leg from thigh to foot. When i pour cold water in my leg i feel better.and now i am experiencing the pain in both the legs.

I had a fall on a cement floor, and bruised my left foot, near the big toe, around tue parr where the foot meets the toes. Rounded in shape, still kind of fresh from the injury, slightly healed. Injury sustained on the same spot which had received the same type of injury 2 years ago Doctor prescribed Bactafuz Cream and Dolo 650 My query is that should the wound be covered with guaze or left open for faster healing, because my school starts soon.

My outer foot was crushed by a chair. The person sitting in the chair was 320 pounds & the chair weighs at least 6-7 pounds itself . Instantly my foot began to swell, and couldn't bare any weight. Now 3-4 hours still painful but can put a little weight on it .

Please suggest me what would be the correct posture of push ups.Because i am suffering from soldair joint pain after doing pushups.And the pain is on bone,not in muscle,while moving the hand upwards feeling the pain at soldair joint.
