I want join Gym. My age is 26, male. I have got medium slim body. I met with a small accident in that my collar bone was broken. Still it is in broken state. I didn't go to any operation as I didn't have any problem with that. Its been almost more than 5 years since that accident happened, means it happened when I was 21 age. Now I have got belly fat & my arms are small. I am getting married after 6 months. So I want reduce my belly fat & increase my arms size. So I'm planning to join gym. So, will my collar bone accident, will it be affected if I join gym? How to reduce belly fat considering I got 6 months to get married? I want increase my arms size so, what you suggest me about joining gym considering as I met with that collar bone accident. Now I'm not having any pains regards that fracture & even in last 5 years I didn't face any problem regarding that collar bone fracture. So please suggest me about getting fit considering my case. I've started running these days, because of which I'm having pain in my leg in the area between the foot and the knee. The pain usually occurs when I bend down to tie my shoe lace, but not in the one of whose shoe laces I tie. Is there any solution for this? Should I do some exercises for this?

I had tingling sensation in the left leg. That were very strong. Like ants coming In the night 8 days ago. Now from last 8 days i have my left leg is in pain so much. I think thats a nerve pain. What are the possible causes for this. Do i need treatment or it will go on its own.

I had my ACL surgery around 1.5 years ago. I had a good recovery. I have been working out regularly. Sometimes when I over-workout pain starts in my knees which slowly goes away in 2 days. After workout, 3 days ago, pain started at the point of stitch mark just below the knee. This has never happened before. The pain doesn't seem to go. In normal state, there is no pain but there is sharp pinching pain when I lift my leg or bend.
