Torn Knee Meniscus and ACL

I've suffered a torn knee meniscus and ACL earlier this year. I would like to have the surgery after a year and half. I believe there will be scar tissue build up at the internal wound site. Having scar tissue will it complicate the operation and could it cause me knee problems post the operation? Can I postpone the surgery like this?

Swelling & Pain in the finger

My fingers got swelling repetitively. Right now my index finger is swallow, it keep on changing some day some other finger. Earlier it was happening 4-6 times in a year, now its happening like 3-4 times a month. The finger has swallow very much and paining. I cant bend the finger right now and it will be ok after 2 days.
