Bone & Muscle problems

Two days back I fell down in stairs case.My bumps backbone getting too pain.hip also having pain and front side Lower stomach also paining and also in hands.i am not able to walk as much.Not able to bent,sit and sleep.Give me any solution to recover from this.

Since 10~15 days i am suffering with wrist pain when i tried to lift the water can which is around 2~3 feet above the ground level. Used ultracet, rantac but no relief. Pain will reduce and again increase periodically.. Kindly suggest the cure

My lower left side of back is paining a lot ,unable to sit,and attend any work is causing pain After applying ointments,balms it feel okay but next day same problem,it's uncomfortable to sleep,sit in this rainy season Is it a musculoskeletal disorder ? Any good painkiller or massage would work

Hi have had a bad knee was on crutches as ripped tendons happened 2 weeks ago but the pain is worse and when I try and walk my knee make a big crunching sound and gives way which result in me collapsing to the floor

When ever I go for jogging.Both ankle of my legs start paining severely. And If i stop jogging for few days. The pain leaves, but as I start doing running exercises, ankle starts to pain again.

19oct 2010 me accident huwa n plate dala... one n half month me it was septic n mussles n tendon was damage was kept on ventilater 2) 8 months plate was removed 3) 1year walked on caliper n was some time done plaster also in aurangabad 4)allizarao done for 2 n half year in pune sancheti hospital  in that they just cut tibia and operate it near abt 6'inch bone they removed 5) removed fixeter after 2 n half year n done plaster 7 months 6) went hyd got ref of dr millind choudhry there  me came 2 know  that the dr has treated  wrong in pune 7) 2014 they put nail 2 contol puss for 2 month an put allizarao after that 3 time bone marrow has done in akola 8) 7 month was plaster n then for 3 month calliper 9) 7 yrs has been complited for the accident Show quoted text
