Lateral bone L5 pain
Three days back slipper & fallen down while stepping out of bathroom..Subsequently I find pain at L5 (left side) as per radiologist who has given x ray report. Due to the pain,I m unable to sit/ lye  down & get up normally. Second,while walking I need to smoothly move the left leg little behind to forward.. After the incident ,I m lying on normal cot without bed. Pls let me know how to go about as I m little scared & worried... Unable to do work normally.. Attached x ray with report for kind ref .
