I removed my cast which was put on my feet on 29th June. Right now I'm walking around in crepe bandage. When can I remove the bandage ? What footwear should I wear now? What footwear should I wear after removal of the bandage?

Well today at about 3pm uk i hurt my ankle and it become swollen and hurt to move it and bear weight on it but i can put a tincy teeny bit of weight on it and it still swollen and hurts it's stopping me from moving it and suff when am trying to sleep at 11.34uk What should i do and i have nothing to protect it with.And i do keep putting cold to it

Hello, my father is 75 years old and has problem in walking due to Knee Osteoarthritis. It has affected both knees, right one more adversely. One doctor suggested to get minor surgery to cut part of Fibula bone to straighten the knee and ensure less pressure. Please suggest whether it is correct recommendation.

I get pain in my shoulder whenever I throw a ball or smash in badminton. The pain usually goes off in two three days returns when I play again. Very worried about it because I'm not a professional player but I love to play badminton. Is there any yoga or some kind of excercise by which I can strengthen my shoulder.

Sir, My brother had a issue of reactive arthritis from last 7 months, we had seen him to a Doctor in bhubaneswar , odisha for this problem. first he have a issue in his feet , we have done all x rays and other test accordingly. and they detected that is a reactive arthritis and then they drain out some water bt the pain remains the same.
