I an suffering from lower back pain because of weight lifting my ortho prescribed me this tablet twice a day for 15 days. Is it advisable for me to have this medicine

When working no pains but during rest joint paints are severe that i could not sleep,i have been taking homeo medicine but no results since two weeks
