Constant back & right leg pain

Asked for Male, 47 Years

I have back pain and pain in right leg since last 4 weeks. I am taking physiotherapy and medicine recommend Ed by Orthopedic surgeon. But still not much improvement. Kindly suugest me remedy for this pain.
