I broken my tibia and fibula i was inserted a titanium rodd in tibia and plate in fibula after removing rodd how many times to run again and i able to play football like pro

I was in a severe brake check about a month ago from my uber long story short he did it on purpose and I used my hands to stop myself on the dash and I went to the ER in an ambulance and my right hand at the time was really bruised so that’s what hurt initially and I got the hand x-rayed and everything was okay well about a week later my right hand the thumb in particular has severe pain I can’t open bottles or really carry anything with it. It hurts to move my thumb to my pinky and backward

I broken my foot a few years ago it required six screws and a plate to heal. Once the bone had fused back together they dicovered I was allergic to the metal so they had to remove it. Today I wore high heels for the first time. Now it felt like there's a ball or something on the bottom of my foot when I walk

My father met with an accident in the month of oct and is suffering from joint dislocation in right hand.plaster was done for the same but it was not successful.recently I consulted a doctor again and he suggested to do ct scan .reports are attached in the mail.after seeing the reports he suggested to do operation for my father .Please check the reports and guide me.we are residing in assam and if any other way is there to cure it please let me know.

My wife is suffering of pain in back of neck and upper back of left shoulder. Initially we thought it is stress but gradually it turned into constant pain, almost like cervical spondylitis. Gave her a pain killer initially and used some ointment including spray. It subsides but eventually returns. What do I do to help her get rid of this pain, which is hampering her daily life?

I have been suffering from neck pain and back pain for 6 days. Actually, started with body pains. Have used tablets for 2 days. But there is no use.

Continuous pain in both knees. Had some relief when i used to take Vit D3 vaccines for 5 months earlier, but now even after S Vit. D3 blood reports are normal the pain persists. Pain was sudden and not gradual, and i have not done any sports activities or gym in last 2 months. Pain relieves by 60-70% after foot massage though, or soaking feet in hot water. Also after changing my footwear and pain has reduced by 20%, i used to wear Crocs for full time.

I've recently been diagnosed with Anterior Ankle Impingement syndrome (Footballer's ankle). MRI says I've bone spurs of 3mm, and swelling in the tissues surrounding the bone spurs. I've been proscribed from boundary plantar flexion and dorsiflexion, and been given anti-inflammatory capsules. What kind of physiotherapy would should I go for?

I have been leg pain bcz of deficiency of vitamin D and vitamin c and calcium or deficiency of hydroxy serum and bcz of this problem pain in my legs
