Bone & Muscle problems

I am 39 years old lady. My vit d3 level is 7.3 from 3 months i took uprise 60k . Can i continue this medicine. I took this vit once a week.

LAST MONTH SUDENNLY I HAD SWOLLEN IN LEFT SIDE EYEBROWS THN SLOWLY BY EVENING ONE FULL LEFT SIDE IT WAS SWOLLEN CHEEKS N ALL BUT NO PAIN ..THAN AFTER FEW DAYS I HAD PAIN IN LEFT SIDE BACK SIDE OF NECK ..THAN TODAY I SAW AGAIN SWOLLEN ON CHEEK BONE LEFT SIDE .. WHY ITS HAPPENING LIKE THIS .. IUSE TO SLEEP ON LEFT SIDE IS IT BECAUSE OF THAT

Having gout with uric acid level above 8. Severe pain in toe, knee. Having this issue from 2 months.
