I have been told that I have herniated disc which resulted due to slipping from stairs . How do I take care of myself ? Is travelling suggested ? Will herniated disc be alright ? Or is it a severe problem ? Generally how long does it take to cure herniated disc ? Does physiotherapy Help ?

Hi! A week before Thanksgiving, I passed out while leaving class and hurt my knee. The nurse thought it was broken so I went to the ER and got x-rays, but they found nothing wrong, so they sent me home with a knee brace which I wore for a week. After the bruising healed, my knee stopped hurting for awhile, but now it’s extremely painful to walk again and I can’t put any pressure on it. I don’t know what’s causing it to hurt again, or if it’s even related.

We also feel warm and confident in the body. I went to a doctor and i passed a scan . I want to know whats my pain, also i want Medications for this illness. I have pain only on right side of my body.My right ankle is hurting a lot.I also have numbness sometimes and pain most of the time from my right shoulder to toe.My shoulder joint also paining.Even though it is not too severe I have pain and feeling very uncomfortable to walk or do my daily activities.My spine at the end also has pain and I facing issue while getting up from chair.I can feel one nerve kind of pain on my right from index finger to toe.can you tell me what the issue could be and how to get rid of it.

I sprained my ankle over 5 weeks ago. Had an X-ray and showed no brake. The swelling has gone down compared to what is was and bruising has gone. But it still swells up if I’m on my feet for any period of time and still giving my little discomfort. Is this normal? How long is the usual recovery period for a sprained ankle?

I put my foot down awkwardly and at the time I had severe pain in my ankle. It hurts and now there is bruising and swelling. if I press the area where the swelling is its very painful. I can out weight on my foot but i'm experiencing pin and needles now as well.

Hi sir When I was 6 year old my elbow fracture happened I took service from osthopat Now my age is 20 and my hand is belt from elbow permenatlly. I want staright hand.that is why I saw orthopaedic surgeon and he said required serogry but he said I am not responsible for the movement of hand after surgery
