Bone & Muscle problems

Hi Doctor, I'm (M/26 yrs) , i'm having sciatica problem from 1 year. I was able to do normal activities without any problem, but 3 months back i've had a very serve pain which i was playing badminton and i could not even move at that time. I've consulted a doctor and have taken some pain killers and i was ok with in a week. Now recently 2 days back which i was waking up from bed i had a very serve unberable pain for around 20 minutes and i couldnt even get up from my bed during that time,

I have bad pain in my right foot down the side and up to the ankle and have done since 02/01/18. I'm struggling to walk on it for any distance more than a few steps and when sitting/laying down there is a dull pain. On the 31/12/17 I twisted my ankle on a curb in the street however it didn't hurt until 2 days afterwards, so I'm not sure if this is related.

I am having a chest pain which is in the middle or right side of my chest .sometimes when i lie down it pains or when i lie down and slightly turn my direction from left to right or vice versa .the pain is sometimes but it is painful . It also pain when i give stress on my chest for eg i am bending in front it can pain that , sometimes i am sleeping and it pains . Can u please suggest me what do in this case

I have done the test 25-OH VITAMIN D and it came as 16.09 but the range is showing above 20 , i think thats why my knee r paing so please suggest me...

This condition has to do with my son whose age 34 who has been through about five or six Dr it has to do with his L3 L4 also L5 S1 has a bone spur the L3 L4 herniated disc and anial tears. Nobody wants to operate he has had injections in the spine and injections in the sacroiliac joint with no relief. He's had two MRIs on the lumbar and one MRI on the sacroiliac joint he has no reflex in the left leg and no muscle tone in the left leg and nobody seems to want to do anything to help my son please
