Bone & Muscle problems

I have leg pain muscle problem when I am. Sitting in office ,I am not able to sit after 15 minutes, but same problem for 4 days

28/F, have been having bouts of focused pain on the right hip bone for 3 months. I can feel it by pressing a little behind the bone, but it's felt while walking and sitting also. Suddenly started one morning,I thought I'd slept wrong. But no change . since the past 1 month, my right wrist is very strained too, sharp shooting pains happen on supporting myself against a seat, or picking up an object. There's not been any injury, or excessive strain due to laptop or mobile. It's normal use only.

I dislocated m pinky about 3 and a half years ago, and when I went to get it put back into place they noticed there was a bone chip in my finger and considered surgery but never went through with it. Now doing little things such as writing or typing is painful, and now the pain is moving down to my knuckle

My left hand suddenly went numb & “fell asleep” 6 days ago. I’ve been taking ibuprofen, stretching & lightly exercising & I’m getting positive results. But the hand is still mostly unusable. I can’t open my fingers all the way & when my palm is facing the floor my wrist can’t lift my hand at all. I’m an unemployed electrician & a guitar player... I can’t remember being this is scared.

Can't stretch my arm fully as elbow (slight swelling below it) is paining. No pain in doing daily activities. I don't go to gym or workout. What can be the reason and remedies?

Hi Doctor,from past 1 week i noticed that my left leg thigh part shaking, shaking means i feel like something is moving inside with some speed,that is exactly at center of thigh part left side left leg,..may i know why I'm getting this shaking...? please let me know exactly answer..?
