Is herniated disc recoverable ? I have been told it is herniated disc since I slipped from stairs . I have that nerve pinch in my foot (sciatica) I want to know will I recover ? What should be the next steps to recover ? How long would it take to recover and be back to exercise , gym etc Or is herniated disc not curable apart from surgery Please give me a detailed explaination

Bulging Disc in thoracic Spine t6-t7. Played a sport (wrestling) while having it and worked in a warehouse. Pain has been going on for a little over a year now. Its gotten better since I stopped physical activity but it feels like I have not healed any further.
