Bone & Muscle problems

I have been diagnosed with symptoms of reduced bone density with a T score of -2.3. I used to have very high bone density when it was measured few years ago and never felt any pain in the bones, before a viral fever 2 months ago. what can I do to fix this? and how long will it take? I've been consuming calcium supplements on doctor's advice for 2 weeks. Gender: male age : 24 height : 6'1 weight : 90Kg

Fracture after a fall Cas t for 4 weeks now four months but it wrist is still dysfunctional, week etc Left is already weak due to the stroke. Mobility is already an issue...and unless the wrist recovers fully he is fully dependant for hygiene eating etc. due to earlier issues with the hip. What is the prognosis for the right wrist

Hello, I really hope you can help me with this problem that I have. I have one arm that cannot bend straight. If a normal arm bends 180 degrees, mines bends 135 degrees.
