Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having joint pain since last 3 months post viral fever. Joints get locked after waking up and once i start moving, pain is reduced. Also, knee pain is felt whenever i get up after sitting for atleast 10 or 15 minutes.

I have a wound on my leg for 10 days. It is not healing. It happended in an bike accidend.I cannot walk properly. The injury is on my ankle. I have no pain when iam resting but have severe pain when walking.
