3 days ago I was playing with my dog and I was tired so I went to the couch and I got a neck cramp. I thought it was from sleeping wrong but 10 minutes later my shoulder started hurting so bad I couldn't move it. I iced it and I checked my neck and my shoulder and it was bumpy and swollen really bad.

Which doctor to consult for a back spasm ?.. My mother had this lower back spasm when she was about to sit down a day back and still she is having pain and discomfort.

I’ve got throbbing and strain like pain at the base of my skull as well as the back and sides of my neck. The pain intensifies when I swallow. I did have a fever last week if that makes a difference. Thanks
